The HR Experts

The outsourcing of human resources responsibilities is a sound decision as companies look to find more efficient and effective methods of doing business. Companies moving to outsourcing understand the value of applying strategic decision-making to HR functions. By outsourcing time-consuming, non-core, transaction-based activities, a company can free its team to focus on the strategic people practices that drive growth and more directly contribute to the organization’s long-term success.

Modern Business Associates is a premier HR outsourcing provider. Located in Tampa Bay with service offices in Atlanta and Chicago, MBA develops strategic partnerships with their clients. These partnerships often reduce the resources clients need to dedicate to employee administration, resulting in costs savings while enhancing strategic HR functions. Significantly, MBA’s clients achieve substantial benefits beyond direct cost savings, including: improved employee benefit programs; consistency in workforce communications through the development of handbooks, policies, procedures and training of higher-quality hires; management/supervisory compliance training; reliability of employee data; and better overall administration.

MBA understands that one HR model does not apply to all businesses. Therefore, MBA offers service packages designed specifically for their clients. A comprehensive assessment of your current business practices will allow MBA to create the service package that meets your business needs.
