This was above “significantly higher pay” and “opportunity to rapidly develop skills/abilities.” It seems workers want a close connection with their employers. As a result, more stability and closer ties will produce a more engaged workforce who is willing to put out an extra effort. Therefore, it’s important for companies to work with employees to be flexible. This will help ensure they show up for more than just a paycheck. A little flexibility goes a long way.
